Are you so worried about what people think that you are never truly yourself? Do you have trouble making decisions? You are not alone.
In my experience, most people do not have someone that they can talk to about the whole truth of their life. You may benefit from having someone walk with you and help you untangle your world. It is my great privilege in life to sit with my clients, listen, reflect their life patterns, and challenge them to make the changes that lead to growth. My goal is to help my clients gain strength for life’s long journey.
